The people who work there are friendly and excellent at their jobs.

Wonderful. Convenient. Clean. Walking distance to all the attractions, shopping, restaurants, etc!

I didn’t like that I should’ve been able to be refunded being that we were planning on being there and unseen circumstances came up in a family emergency and we had to cancel, it just seems wrong

Perfect place to stay to enjoy Bozeman. Walkable to restaurants, shopping. Very comfortable room.

LOVED IT ALL

Excellent stay in downtown Bozeman with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Parking was extremely convenient and the continental breakfast was nice bonus.

Exceptional service, the rooms are very nice and roomy, having a kitchenette is very convenient too and the location is perfect

Awesome property like every Element I have stayed at. Great location. Lots of places to walk to. Front desk staff was very friendly & I enjoyed the conversation. Happy to get home & out of the cold weather though 😅

Loaded toilet, unflushed, Staff was not responsive to call regarding heating unit, It took them two hours to finally come to my room. No hot water in the lobby for tea.

Great hotel with amazing service from front desk staff.

arrived at 5 pm, room was not ready, had to wait an hour. staff were not friendly, rude.

Disappointed that we made reservations 2 weeks in advance and upon arrival from a 6 hour drive to find that our room wasn’t ready. They told us that they unexpectedly booked up overnight. We had to wait almost an additional 2 hours before we could access the room. We were exhausted. I feel we should have been compensated somewhat for the inconvenience..
