The pictures do not match what you actually see. Extremely old, no dining restaurant, even though it was disclosed. Checked the room and left! Expedia couldn't expedite a refund due to lack of communication in English

The hotel is centrally located, surrounded by shops and restaurants. It looks newly renovated, and the two pools, though very small, are gorgeous.

We were there for 2 days during week so it was not crowed. Property is an older hotel but clean. Pools were clean staff was kind and helpful. Property location was walking distance to stores and restaurants. Good for price for small town.

Central location. Nice staff. Good breakfast (included). Nice and modern facilities. I will consider staying there again if I go back to Girardot. Street noise and a bit sketchy at night due to the hotel's central location. It was hard to call the hotel via phone. You might need to ask for extra towels.

Excellent and clean hotel. Temperature in the town is very hot and hotel does not provide guests with option for hot water. I think that using hot water should be a guest's choice. Excellent staff. Oscar made us feel very welcomed.

Friendly staff, no hot water. hotel has a good parking in the same location. Bathroom is too basic, with no hot water (this is "tierra caliente" but nevertheless taking a shower with hot water is not too much to ask).

Nice update building, relaxing pool and jacuzzi. The area is in the center city so it is a little noisy but just during the day. I loved the place nice staff and friendly

This hotel has transformed a very old hotel into a modern hotel that would fit nicely in Miami's south beach, it's got it's quirks but I wouldn't fault the effort and expense that has been put into this place by the owner, who stays at the hotel and is very friendly and chatty with guests. Beautiful ambiance and very relaxing, I would definitely recommend this hotel. On the downside this hotel is located in the town of Girardot which is very messy and industrial class, I've travelled all over the world and don't get put off easily but I honestly didn't feel comfortable walking around after 9pm. Ironically the communities located outside Girardot in the hills are beautiful. Shame they don't re-invest in the town/or city.

Hot water not available, and no wifi in the room. Anyway it's the best place in that dodgy area.
