I booked the hotel because my flight was delayed so I booked a room to rest a bit and checked in at almost 1pm but when I got there the hotel had a different name than what I booked on traveloka, the hotel was called Lan Nhi, I asked the receptionist why the name was different but she ignored me and she kept calling. When I entered the elevator, the smell of mold and mildew was so strong, I booked a large family room for 4 people but in fact there were 2 of us and my 7 year old child, the first thing that caught my eye was the smaller space than in the picture, still had the old moldy smell, the window had moldy blankets, the toilet was old and the black towels were covered with ants, I didn't dare to take a shower, I thought, let's just have a place to rest for a bit so I can go to the airport at 7pm, the room was soundproofed badly and the people cleaning the room talked loudly and threw things around like they were fighting. Because I had already paid for the hotel, otherwise my family would have found another place. In general, I have booked on traveloka many times but this time I was disappointed. I will never return to this hotel.
