The staff is helpful and friendly. I arrived at 2 am in the morning but was able to use the room and check in once the reception is opened. Rented a studio, the facility is very clean and comfortable. Just wish it had more hooks to hang the coat, etc., and a shoe rack at the outside so we won't make the floor dirty due to rain. Other than that, everything is perfect and I will rent again next time I come to Barcelona.
