Very small room,only one pillow per person. Very hostel like but was good enough to sleep in a clean environment. Would recommend for younger travelers, not the best place to stay with kids. No laundry on site and no real amenities.

the staff were all very nice. this place is super basic, it was essentially a room with a bed, a window and a shower. that being said the bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good. close to train stop and felt safe walking back to hotel late. this shouldn’t be the place you stay on your first visit to paris, but if you just need a place to crash while in tne city it works.

The location is very convenient and well served by public transportation. The rooms are small but ok. Good beds, small bathroom. Overall, fine as a base for touring around Paris

We had 4 persons in a family room. It was very small, there is hardly any floor space, nothing to put our 2 pieces of luggage on other than the floor. One small desk and closet about 18"/45cm wide to hang clothes. The bathroom is also small and the shower is only 2/3 enclosed, so water can spray out the opening and get on the floor or toilet. If you only have 3 people you could put stuff on the 1 unused twin bed. But if you have 4 people and you want decent space you're better off somewhere else or renting 2 rooms. The air conditioning was weak, it would not get as cold as we wanted. Like other places we stayed in Europe, even in early June when it's starting to get warm or hot outside, they still put duvets on the beds, so you have to sleep with nothing, not even a sheet, over you, or you will probably get too hot.

Not too bad to stay with this B&B Hotel for my 15 days of 3 beds for 2 couples ! Very convenient to take the subway and around the Chinese food , Vietnamese food if you like! To stay this hotel .

Simple and clean. Facilities are a bit old but everything is working well. Window is very small.

Stayed 5 nights here. Was an excellent base for us to explore Paris with close proximity to all modes of transport (metro/bus/tram)

Is far from subway station but near a tram station we didn’t get to ride on, is a bit far away from the city, otherwise is good location

Way to far

A good accommodation for a 2 stars hotel. The bed has been horrible, the heating system switched off in the middle of our last night there. Staff fine, not very friendly but helpful when we requested something. For the money what we paid has been overall a good accommodation.

Small room but good overall, breakfast good, staff was good and quiet area.

I liked that the metro was near.

The area seemed a little seedy at first but actually quite walkable and central with a subway station within a 5 minute walk to take us anywhere in Paris :)

Good hotel and recommend.

Overall acceptable but hotel has weird rules about issuing hair dryer as staff must hold on to guess passport. I understand it was for in case of missing or damaged but since a credit card was withhold as standard practice so not sure what passport must be held? I have been traveling at least 5 to 6 times yearly and been to numerous hotels but never had such experience.

Good hotel, walking distance to 13 arrondissement. Room size is decent but lack of furniture such as luggage stands. Overall good.

its a nice hotel simple and very clean staffs were very professional and friendly will be back next time if we are in Paris
