Nice clean room with a comfortable bed. Staff very helpful at check-in Definitely one of the better low cost hotels that I have stayed in when travelling through France

Basic accommodation easy access to motorway

Check in with a code. Convenient! Great aircon. Beds with good support. Nice good value buffet continental breakfast (didn’t try the eggs/bacon). Convenient location to break up journey to the South.

Arrived late, check in was confusing, no one on site. Pictures are very misleading . Was run down and dirty. This is not a typical B&B this was a motel . Paid 24 Euro for two breakfasts that was basically coffee and croissants. Eggs were rotten tasting. Room and carpet Smelled like urine and staleness. Mattress had hair all over it. No soap in bathroom. Do not stay here!

Overall the service was very good but the night was spoilt by a bed mattress that was so hard..... PLEASE change your mattress supplier.

Everything Ok as usual. Easy to find with Sat Nav . Verycomfortable rooms with good facilities. Only 1 english TV channel though. The extinct volcanoes are fascinating.

Close to the Autoroute and everything worked well. The aircon a blessing as very hot when we stayed. One eatery next door which offered a fair menu and saved driving about. The view of Puy Mont was great as this is the ancient volcanic heartland Of France. Hotel B & B as ever great value.

Odeur qui remonte des sanitaires, chasse défectueuse, cheveux dans lavabo. A côté de ça tout était bien, lit, installations, tv ..

À la porte de l’hôtel sans pouvoir récupérer ma réservation sur la borne automatique ni pouvoir réserver une autre chambre…

Proximité de l'autoroute, donc très brillant... autrement chambre propre.

Petit déjeuner peu varié et personnel dépassé dans une salle exiguë.

Une très bonne adaptation à ma situation....à cause des grèves, j'ai préféré venir la veille de ma réservation ( 550 km) je suis donc restée 2 nuits ! Un grand merci... J'ai pu visiter Volvic et la cathédrale de Clermont... Ce qui n était pas prévu au départ...

Un hotel tout ce qui a de plus banal ,chambre et salle de bain trop petite ,ça passe pour une nuit
