Great location, great staff, but room was cold and temperature was hard to control.

Delicious breakfast with lots of options. Beautiful dining and sitting area in the common space. An elegant and comfortable place to relax during the afternoon with a glass of wine from their nifty wine dispenser.

Everything was great. Location, service, amenities and the room were fantastic.

Room was nice and as expected. Staff was nothing short of amazing and extremely helpful. My 4 score is only based on limited breakfast and somewhat dated room which smelt damp. This hotel with AC in the summer would likely have fresher smell but well worth the stay.

This place has a lovely charm. I was warmly greeted upon my arrival, and the hosts were very approachable and helpful the whole visit. Our room was very clean and quiet. There was a good variety of food for a continental breakfast, and staff checked in regularly to see if we needed any cleaning, towels, etc. for our room. The only thing holding this rating back from 5 stars is the quality of the mattresses- they were not great, but that could be an easy fix. I would definitely stay here again.

Terrible staff - unhelpful, unkind, zero understanding of a traveller's reality. The hotel is not at all accessible and the staff are unpleasant. I could not wait to get out! I even called the next day to share my experience, and the manager was as unhelpful and disregarding.

Very nice and elegant decor and friendly staff. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future. It’s clean, comfortable and truly beautiful. The breakfast is great and the dining room is well maintained. The manor house has a special charm in its vintage style which is typically Quebecois with a touch of old time sophistication.

The hotel was super cute. Loved the vibe. The bed was so incredibly firm I felt like my hips were bruised when I woke up. That’s personal preference though. We stayed in the middle of winter but inside was cozy warm. Everyone was friendly and very helpful.

Everything was amazing! The staff and the food were just lovely. I’d certainly return and recommend!

Awesome staff and breakfast!

We've stayed here three times and keep coming back due to friendly staff, convenient location, pleasant breakfast, and the historical feeling rooms. Looking forward to staying here again next time we go to Montreal.

Staff courteous, clean room and good breakfast

Lovely and clean. Wonderful assortment of breakfast items to eat. Friendly staff. Great location!! Our room was facing Sherbrooke and it was a very snowy weekend so we did wake up a few times because of the snow removal trucks out front. But we had a great stay, regardless. Would highly recommend staying there!
