All was great

We spent 3 nights in Paris and the Hotel Minerve was recommended by a family friend member who stayed there several years earlier. The rooms were clean and updated with most everything that we needed. The rooms were tight fitting (by American standards), like most classic European hotels. All in all it was an excellent experience.

Lovely little hotel with friendly staff. Onsuite bathroom was small but understandable given the difficulty in fitting facilities into old buildings. Great location.

I would not stay here again. The first room we were given had a dead flies completely covering the bathroom ceiling, which was absolutely disgusting. While they did move us to another room, no one came to check on the situation or offer an apology. The next day, a cockroach crawled out of my bag. The location is great, but the hotel itself is old, and not clean. Definitely not worth the stay.

Clean and tidy hotel in quiet location close to bus and metro services. Uniquely styled with quirky interior decor. Breakfast buffet was really good and the staff helpful and polite. Room size is average for Paris and fit out good, except there was no minibar/fridge

The receptionist was very kind when I arrived after a fifteen-hour flight. The room was not yet ready in the morning and she allowed me to freshen up in the facilities downstairs instead. The hotel is centrally located and there are many food options nearby.

The room was small and dark and the shower did not have a bracket for the shower head to be placed. The lift was not big enough for 2 people with cases.

Staff is friendly and check-in was fast.

Great hotel stay in Paris. Front desk staff were always very welcoming. Room was cleaned daily. Walking distance to the some big highlights of Paris but not to close to have heavy traffic noise etc. would recommend

We had booked the design deluxe. Not all of those rooms have balconies. Photos are deceiving. At first we didn't get the room with the balcony, but had to go to reception and chsmge rooms. Took three days to have the staff turn on the A/C and then it was blocked at 19°C, and the air that blew out Elevator was out a full day. Our room was on the 5th floor. At first we were told it would be fixed by night. At night we were told it would be fixed in the morning. It wasn't ready until afternoon.

No complaints. Room was clean, staff was lovely and easy to get around from this location

Great location in a safe area of the city, polite and friendly staff. Rooms are tidy and clean. Would stay here again gladly!

This is a charming hotel in a great location! The staff are friendly and helpful, and the reception desk is manned around the clock. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. With restaurants close by and outside tables, the street can be rather noisy at night, so next time I'll pack ear plugs...

Hotel staff went out of their way to meet our every need. From suggestions of places to go, to eat, to visit, etc. We were delighted not to have to climb hills to get to and fro to reach the place. Would recommend.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel took very good care of us. The room was small but we made it work. Michel was an extra special delight!

First time staying in the Latin Quarter. Area was nice and close to lots of sights. Price was very reasonable. Would skip the breakfast as we did not feel it was worth 17 Euros.

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean. Staff super helpful and the area around the hotel is safe and quiet. Eat to walk to the Siene, Notre Dame. Supermarket and restaurants near by.

Very nice room but very small and crowded. They had a lift but it was tiny. At least it was there. Night front desk very friendly.
