Hotel is located in a prime area just opp to the Central station, breakfast was good, staff at the bar were kind and welcoming, however one of the staff at reception was not so helpful and response was not that efficient. Otherwise the room was good and had a comfortable stay.

Fantastic location, with very friendly staff. Bar and restaurant was superb for beers and food. again staff were absolutely lovely. Chamber maids were friendly and caring. Staff at breakfast could be more welcoming with a, good morning or hello. Maybe this is not the done thing. I wasn't sure. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. Had a wonderful room, that was just perfect.

Great city location. Opposite the main train station with quick and cheap airport connection + other routes in Scandinavia. Ideal for walking everywhere or for getting the Hop On/Off bus trips.

Excellent location. Good breakfast buffet. Tiny bathroom without enough space for a towel rack.There are five stairs you have to drag your suitcase up to get in.

An historic hotel in the heart of Stockholm. Wonderful breakfast. Loved the large windows and high ceilings. Windows open to a wonderful breeze. The train station is across the street with coffee shop and stores. The hop on hop off bus was just down the street in front of McDonalds. Only complaint was desk staff not helpful when we needed a computer which the hotel was supposed to have and the hot tub was not working. Also be wary of dishonest taxi drivers and always ask their rate before getting in.

The location of this hotel makes getting around very convenient. But the room is small for 2 persons. There is no air conditioner and I have to ask for a fan to get better air circulation. It can be a bit noisy at night if you open the windows.

An amazing heritage hotel 5 min walk to city hall and the opera house. 10 min walk to the old town. Central train station across the street. Restaurants and walking only shopping haven 2 min away. Amazing staff tasty breakfast

Close to everything, great staff, great breakfast.

The reception staff was well informed, very pleasant, and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is located within easy walking of most tourist sites. Rooms were small, but manageable.

The hotel locates adjacent to the central station. Althugh we arrived at the central station from Staockholm Airpot at 0:30 am by railway(airport express), there were no problems to find out the hotel and check in. It is 5-min. walk to the bridge to the old town, Gamla Stan. Althugh the room rate is not cheap, the location is excellent. From the airport, Arlanda Express is very convenient, not expensive if you buy a group ticket.

A pickpocket stole away my mother's wallet at the entrance of the hotel before we had a chance to check-in to the hotel. Although it was an unfortunate incident, the staffs were very helpful and patient to alert the authorities. As a friendly advise, if somebody tries to narrowly run near you, your belongings might be at risk !!! Other than this incident, it was mostly pleasurable stay. Location is ideal, it's next to the metro, close to Gamla Stan, 2 min to Drottninggatan. Breakfast is good. However, the rooms are warmer during summer because there's no air conditioner and no fan.

My problem is with Expedia. When I went online to make the reservation, the price quoted was about $143 a night. I didn't make a screen shot of my reservation. When I got to the Hotel, I was told that my reservation cost roughly $250 a night and that was what I had signed up for. I don't know how Expedia communicates to the Hotel, but I feel that Expedia or the Hotel owes me the difference for two nights. I hope to hear back from you soon. David L Swanson 1-304-923-5419

Great hotel in he art iof city rigjt a cross from central train station. Only thing is had no air conditioning and in an unusually hot few days in sweden that. Became more important

Perfect location, I loved the heated towel rack and bathroom floor! The breakfast was great, a lot of traditional Swedish food.

Location was great and close to the train and metro station. On-site bar was nice and had a sidewalk patio too. Could have used a tiny bar fridge in the room, but otherwise quite comfortable.

This is a great hotel with a perfect location. It’s close to the old town, the newer shopping area and the train station. It’s a very safe area. The staff is nice and the breakfast was yummy! I’d stay here again!
