Nice hotel but very expensive.

10/10 everything

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very professional and friendly. Really liked that the room had tile floors instead of carpet. The hotel was easy to access and even had covered parking. I would have given it five stars if the Wi-Fi would have been better. It was super slow and did not stay connected. I was unable to work without a hotspot.

Staff was great me and my son great time there and our concert

Orlando at the front desk was great! Room was spacious, bed was fairly comfortable. There were a few things that need upkeep: our bathroom was missing the toilet roll holder, the finial was missing off the floor lamp, the TV remote control was missing the battery cover. Overall good stay and convenient to the BOK Center for the concert we attended. No bar as advertised in the pictures.

Check in/unloading parking being used by overnight guests blocking access to the inconveniently placed 40 ft ramp (mobility issues? good luck walking this length) or you could take the 9 steps up to front (and only) entrance to the property. Waited for 10 minutes for check in in a ghost town of tiled lobby. Finally assisted was given keys, but no info on breakfast, wifi password. King room was average, clean, bed comfortable, chair too small for an adult and a huge, ugly blue taped area at one corner by the window wear there was wall damage. Bathroom was clean, nice, pleasantly surprised to see a tall toilet, grips in tub and new lighted mirror. Towels were small and rough.

A good place. Clean and modern. Quiet. Good amount of room in room. Good bathroom shower. Stayed both coming & going on a long road trip. Surprised at end of stay by $10.86 bill for parking— but there is parking in the midst of downtown. First time there was no TV channel listing in room, but there was on way back. Breakfast ended at 9 am weekdays at least — too early for these night owls!

My family and I had car trouble while staying here. The staff was very understanding and did what they could to help us. I don’t remember the names of all of the staff but Orlando was fantastic! Thank you again!

Parking wasn’t great

Great place! Very clean an nice breakfast!

One of the elevators was broken and there wasn't enough parking for the number of cars trying to park in their parking lot. Our room was very nice and spacious. We had the 2 queen suite for our family of 5. Breakfast was great too!

Everything was good except the parking. It’s a very tight squeeze. If you have a big vehicle, you will have trouble

The access to the building was horrible. Elevator out of order in parking garage, the ramp was not a great experience for those with physical challenges, and the stairs and bench outside of the main door were steep and you went through a cloud of cigarette smoke to enter the building if anyone was out there smoking. Food choices were limited for breakfast, a large selection of fruit would be good.The eggs and bacon were ok, the bagels were stale and in general, it was an ok stay. The staff were WONDERFUL and very helpful.

Hotel is old with very inadequate parking. The front desk staff was very nice. The breakfast was subpar on a scale of one to 10 I would give this place a five. The front desk staff however I would give a 10.

The room temperature was warm at the beginning of the evening but did cool down eventually. Also, the parking situation was not great considering it was $10 to park.

I slept so well here in a quiet room with a good bed. Breakfast good.

Stay was great , room clean nest staff was very friendly and treated me very well!!

The stay overall was good. Room was nice, hotel location was convenient. The evening clerk was absolutely horrible! She was extremely rude upon check-in, she had no politeness at all. Later in the afternoon we were out in front as some in our party were smoking and she made it a point to come tell us to watch our language (we weren't being inappropriate) and that we needed to get away from the door smoking (the ashtray was right by the door though)
