This hotel is in a convenient location for traveling, has a super enthusiastic security guard to help me carry my luggage, my room has a street view direction so it's open, can sit and chill in the evening, minus point here I think the hotel should manage the housekeeping team well because the floor is dirty, clean it through the speakers and especially the trash after cleaning.

Not checking my special requests. Room is tidy but not able to reduce noise. Room noise cancellation is very bad. The workers always work very noisy and did not respect the customers.

Very satisfied when staying at A25, I stayed for 1 week so I feel very comfortable. When I booked the wrong date, the receptionist helped me enthusiastically to change the date of my stay. The brothers and sisters are very cute, the security guards are also cute. I will come back to the hotel on my next trip

Friendly staff, clean, safe, modern rooms

- Location near the center of Saigon - Compact, beautiful, clean and luxurious room - New equipment in the room, toilet products are all branded and used products. - Breakfast order, not buffet. The food is okay. There is orange juice and coffee to use freely. - The staff, when entering the front desk, there's a guy whose name I can't remember, but it's a night shift manager. Not very happy, talking a bit stilted and empty. - The rest of you are happy and polite from the service staff to the security guard. => Overall, in my opinion, 8/10 VND
