TV no channel unless tv8. Dirty room. Econ no working properly. 15minutes waiting for check in.

The room is clean, the reception guy, Michael is very friendly, the housekeeping girl also so helpful. Satisfied. As for the service I give 5 ☆.

The room is comfortable and tidy. But no iron. There's a share downstairs.

Wifi weak rooms away from the router. No steps taken long ago.

WiFi is not strong in the room away from the signal.

The internet has been fixed, WiFi coverage is not okay.

The staffs are unfriendly and the services was bad.
