The hotel is around a flexible place, so nice place and really enjoy it.

Stay: 1 night (Dec 25) We stayed one night at T+ Hotel in Butterworth, and overall the experience was rather disappointing. Considering the price, the hotel looked just so-so and did not meet our expectations. The room itself was spacious, equipped with one king bed and one single bed, which was a plus. However, the cleanliness was a major concern. The room felt unclean and unhygienic, especially after we saw a cockroach crawling near our bed, which made our stay very uncomfortable. In addition, the room lacked basic amenities such as sufficient hangers, so we were unable to hang our towels and clothes properly. While the air-conditioning was working fine, it was not enough to compensate for the overall unpleasant experience. There is definitely room for improvement from the management side, particularly in terms of cleanliness and room facilities. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is convenient for food lovers, as it is close to Ah Khoon Loh Mee, a well-known culinary legend in the area, and Bee See Heong, a Michelin 1-star restaurant.

Checked into a room with an air-conditioning issue. After informing the staff, they swiftly changed us to a new room. Thanks for that.

The AC isn't cold, the TV is blurry and there are only 3 channels.

The staff is really good and accommodating.

I've got The room very smell when I ask to change the room they refused with no reason, also the wifi can't reach inside the room. Very bad.

I did not expect the room to be very nice. I thought it’s just another budget hotel. Counter is at level 1. Covered car park is available but limited. You’ll love it.

Hotel is good but when I ask for towel change, the house keeping gave me 2x dirty towel. Others still ok

This hotel is located next to temple and right beside the road, very noisy very dirty room, oily floor, clogged sink and drain. Very very smelly towel, I almost vomited when I sniffed the scene of the towel. The towel was grayish colour, very disgusting. Very dim light, it made the hotel room seemed scary. I do not recommend this hotel, with this price you better stay in penang island. Noted: no complimentary items from the hotel, not even a shower cap.

The room is clean & comfortable, sure will stay again soon.

Quick check in, helpful staff, but maybe need to prepare bathroom amenity like toothbrush and toothpaste and shampoo.
