hotel in great location. staff very friendly and helpful. rooms not very big and not very comfortable. kitchen very basic . bathroom ok but needs some tlc. great shower tho. no iron in apartment. nice pool area but despite the hotel requesting no putting towels on sunbeds if not using - the requests were ignored- very annoying when wanting to sit round the pool and none available because of peoples selfishness. generally the hotel flora is a reasonable place to stay but it could definitely so with some updating. a few things - tv not working, powercut and apartment flooding we could have done without but the staff at the hotel dealt with these issues very efficiently so no complaint there.

Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Towels changed every other day which was lovely, air con worked great, staff friendly and helpful, some parts a bit dated but still all clean.

Our second stay at the flora. Love the hotel and its perfect for its location, bike hire options next door, safe for families, good for my poor mobility, however there are also lots of noisy families there which let their kids run around until gone 1am even though it says no noise after 1pm. That was our biggest fault, however the hotel can’t help who stays and their behavior. The beds were also uncomfortable.

3 nights in a grotty tired apartment. Noisy neighbours, paper thin walls and residents rolling in at 5 am. Beds were like concrete. We stayed away as much as we could and just returned to sleep.

Good location and my kids really enjoyed the pool. The floors seemed to always be wet in the afternoon and never felt clean. The shower was missing a few tiles. And their were kids crying at all hours of the day and night. I think the best part was that it was convenient location and for the kids we liked that our room had a patio facing the pool. Staff was nice. Had to ask for extra blankets as they only gave a sheet on the beds.

The Flora is beautifully maintained, clean and well-equipped. Location is perfect, very near seafront and main town square and yet lovely & quiet. Staff are lovely, very helpful and hotel shuttle to airport was very well-priced. Only niggle for us was the beds - extremely firm and not that comfortable.

Third stay here. Staff so helpful

The location was great- a short walk to the sea and seafront restaurants. The gardens were really well maintained with some beautiful roses and gorgeous old olive trees. The apartment was great for a toddler- the separate bedroom allowed us to chill out and eat after our baby went to sleep. The apartment was well stocked and we appreciate the fluffy towels, comfortable pillows and extra duvets. the staff were friendly and it had the feeling of a local-run / family business.

Great weeks stay, very busy. Hotel's location is its best selling point, close to everything. Pool area nice, up early for sunbeds though! Had b and b, the breakfast was very good with great variety and coffee machine. Brilliant family holiday location, has a kids club for the younger, would definitely return
