AVOID AT ALL COSTS Paid for a luxury room with sea views which had a broken TV So they moved us to a smaller room at the back of the hotel to which we had to listen to local drug users arguing till the early hours. Woke the next morning to find NO toilet roll was anywhere to be seen. On checkout the lady told us there was no one on duty that could help with any complaints, but said someone will ring us during that day to which I’m still waiting. A horrendous experience all in all.

Lovely, modern hotel in a perfect location near Britannia Pier. There is a fantastic pub/restaurant attached too.

Useful location and great breakfast

Having stayed in Great Yarmouth hotels for many years, the Prom is clearly the best we have experienced to date.Our room with a sea view was very comfortable.The hotel is modern, clean and in a great location. The food is very good. All round excellent value for money.

Had a great stay, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast and every member of staff was fantastic.

We booked a delux double and boy was it value for money. Beautiful spacious room, giant,comfortable bed, 2armchairs,dressing table and to top that off French doors to a small balcony, overlooking the pier and sea front. Bathroom was also spacious with great shower and a large jacuzzi bath with a TV! (which was delightful). Evening meal was basic but tasty and good value for money. Definitely recommend and will come and stay again.

Lovely hotel really friendly staff

Staff were all so friendly and helpful,beautiful hotel.Was our anniversary weekend and was given a free upgrade,couldn’t be happier.

Location is great breakfast and staff brilliant only problem we had was our room was over the disco on a Saturday night but overall brilliant

Had a great night stay at hotel .staff veey helpfull very clean room and a great bar with live music.

Lift not working, sent to room on floor two, four sets of stairs. Hallways & bedrooms could do with updating. Breakfast room & bar areas very good. Enjoyed the hotel previous , but would not be rushing back.
