The room was very spacious. It had direct access to Jabar Omar Mall. The breakfast was delicious and varied. It only took two minutes to get to the Haram.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the reception and room service. The room was comfortable enough, unfortunately the bathroom drainage is not working properly, so there was always water pooling on the floor. Alhamdulillah, the cleaning service staff was accommodating so our complaint was responded to immediately.

My favorite hotel for every Umrah, modern, fragrant, helpful staff, close to Gate 79 of the Grand Mosque, in the same location as the mall so it's not difficult to find food, no queues for the lift

Conrad Makkah upholds the Conrad brand's service quality. Although at the first few hours we were given a room that was not really smoking-free, Mr. Hosam, the duty manager, made a generous decision to relocate us to a new room: a one bedroom premier suite with full-view of the Haraam. We were at floor 12th where the top of the Kaabah could be seen. Our original booking was just the standard superior room with 2 queen beds - this room was spacious, enough for a family of 4. The hotel is very close to the Haraam. We rent a car from the concierge to transfer us to Jeddah, the price was higher than regular taxi but we got a really nice and clean car with friendly driver. A very nice hotel, indeed.
