Delighted with my stay… Excellent, spacious room with a view to the sea, friendly team and a tasty breakfast spread provided. I was staying to do Etna parkrun, which was a short walk to the start. Highly recommended!

Staff very friendly and accommodating - let us drop our luggage early. Limited English speaking and we don’t speak Italian but we got by. Very homey feel. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because the bed was very hard.

The staff were incredible. So friendly and welcoming. Went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. Rooms were large and functional. Had everything you would need and very comfortable.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was a great place and the staff were fabulous. There were many great places to eat and see. It was only a 30 minute drive up to Mount Etna.

The staff here were particularly friendly and helpful. They gave good advice about Etna and about local restaurants. The hotel is pleasantly old-fashioned and slightly alpine with dark wood and polished floors. The parking behind the hotel was not easy to find but they actually came with us in the car to show us where it was. The bedside light was a bright light on a bendy stem which you could move from the bedside table to the bed head, and you could adjust it any way you wanted, which worked well. My room had a little balcony and chair.

A very good location with a private car park make this a good place to spend the night before visiting Mt Etna. Centrally located and easy walking to restaurants. The breakfast was lovely and the service was good.

Friendly welcome, nice, clean room. 5 mins walk into Nicolosi. Great breakfast and easy to reach Etna (straight route). Loved our stay here, would highly recommend.

Ci ha piaciuto tutto, il personale molto gentile , la struttura è piacevole e piuttosto accogliente. La colazione varia. Eravamo 4 persone che abbiamo alloggiato in due camere . Lo consigliamo vivamente

Excellent accueil, ambiance familiale et chaleureuse. Le personnel est attentif et serviable, nous ont aidé malgré la barrière de la langue - on a toujours réussi à se comprendre. Chambre spacieuse, lits confortables.

Mein neunjähriger Sohn und ich haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Matteo hat uns am Flughafen abgeholt und auch wieder hingebracht. Mein Handy hat bei Ankunft nicht funktioniert. Trotzdem hat uns Matteo nicht am Flughafen sitzen lassen und wir haben uns am Ende doch gefunden. Ein Supermarkt (Deco) und ein tolles Restaurant (I Cumpari) sind direkt um die Ecke. Zum Bus ( fährt nur einmal am Tag um 9:20) auf den Ätna dauert es weniger als 10 Minuten. Das Alle Pendici ist zwar (in unserem Zimmer) etwas in die Jahre gekommen und war an der Strasse etwas laut aber wir waren nach unseren Wandertouren auf den Ätna und den Monti Rossi am Abend so müde das es uns nicht sonderlich gestört hat. Ich kann das Hotel zu 100% empfehlen

Personale cordiale e super gentile. Posizione top per un'escursione sull'Etna. Camere ampie e spaziose (un pó di anticalcare in più in bagno non guasterebbe). Colazione semplice ma completa di tutto. In generale consiglio senza dubbio.

Tres bon accueil dans ce petit hotel familial ou l'on s'y sent bien, CE n'est pas neuf ni moderne mais endroit apaisant.

Siamo tornati in quest'hotel a distanza di circa 5 anni e abbiamo constatato che la struttura, le camere, e la disponibilità dei proprietari (credo) non è cambiata. Stanze sufficientemente grandi per un hotel a 3 stelle e molto pulite. Colazione in linea con le aspettative. E' bello ritornare e trovare sempre lo stesso grado di attenzione. L'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare e sistemare meglio le tende oscuranti (perlomeno per la stanza che avevamo io e mia moglie) in quanto non...oscuravano. Per il resto siamo stati molto bene e ci ritorneremo
