It was an ideal base for 2 days in Disneyland just a 15 min walk to rer station and 6 minutes into DP and 40 mins into Paris itself hotel was spotless and rooms were cleaned daily I could not fault this hotel

You get what you pay for and this was a cheap one night stay for us. Bed was uncomfortable but we were so tired that we all slept fine anyway. Room tiny but we only slept there for one night. Clean enough and in good repair. Car park secure.

Check in was abysmal until the door suddenly unlocked and Mohammed helped us. Mohammed was helpful. Breakfast was lovely

1 night stay. Not much space in the room. No kettle, fridge etc. Clean and tidy and only needed a place to rest after a day of driving before we went to Disneyland Paris.

Room was super tiny but for 1 night, it was ok. I wouldn’t recommended anymore than 1 night if you have children.

I shall never stay in this hotel again! In the evening, on the day of the stay, we received a message from a woman of the hotel, stating that she wanted our card details to be sent via the message service. She said that the card that was used to book the hotel had expired, even though she confirmed the card details to me (noting card expiry was still in date!) She threatened to cancel the booking if we could not provide her with card details. Luckily, a phone call to her directly and we were able to maintain the booking. On arrival she decided to say the card had expired (even though I offered to prove it was not an expired card) and she blamed Expedia, what a lie! Beds hard, bathroom small, towels horrible, breakfast terrible, rude staff and a liar and scammer receptionist!

This hotel is horrible. Beds are hard like a bed of bricks. Bathroom small, you can’t swing a mouse never mind a cat! Breakfast is minimum, no selection. The man was welcoming on arrival, that is the only reason why I’ve given overall 3 stars, plus it’s close to Disneyland.

A good hotel. no frills and does what it says it will. Basic but clean. Its rated 2* so dont be going in with massive expectations. It was a base for us to go to disney! Only thing wasnt that only had 1 pillow per person. It was about at 12minute walk to the RER station which is 2 stops/10mins from disney. Which is good but on a open to close dah at disney that 12mins feels like alot. Rer is 7 euros per person each way. But a bolt or uber is only 18euro so was sometimes easier using that. Apart from at end of park day when price shoots up

It was just right jist what we needed after walking in paris all day and then disneyland and wasnt far at all! We would go again here.

I stayed for 2 nights there not in a row. The first time it was okay, the room was like a 7/10 in terms of cleanliness, and we didn’t need more than sleeping and showering so it suited. The next day the breakfast had a wide selection but there was a smell of rotten eggs in the whole room, as well as all cutleries and plates were smelly too which made us nauseous. The second night was a last minute booking, so they gave us a room where i suppose wasn’t cleaned after the last stay, and it was a long time ago. It was super smelly, super dusty. And cherry on top all the bed sheets were covered with hair, and the towels covered with poop!!!!!! Unacceptable really…

Only stayed at the property for one night as a short sleep over post Disneyland before driving home the next morning. Overall the property felt safe and clean, all facilities you could need and staff very helpful. Everything we needed for the night, would definitely recommend.

Self check in did not work and subsequently we could not enter the hotel. Stuck outside until reception opened at 5pm, though check in is from 2pm. Photos on Expedia are misleading, quality and decor of rooms no where near the same as reality. Rooms are compact, as expected, but more than an overnight bag and your luggage will not fit in the room!

Room fine but could hear noise from traffic and plumbing from other rooms. Also had trouble with wifi

This hotel was a perfect stop over before we went to our disney hotel. 10 minutes from Disney and a quick and easy drive to the shopping centre. Rooms are small but perfectly adequate for one night. I download the bolt app (similar to uber but a bit cheaper) it was £37 from the hotel to the eiffel tower. Took around 50 mins

Room was small but clean, staff were friendly and helpful, good location as bus and train station were only a 5 min walk away along with shopsand supermarket, train ride was only about 8 mins from disneyland paris.

The room itself was basic but oerfect for our needs. Our issue was in gaining access to the hotel as we were arriving late at night. The phone number didnt work when i tried to call the day before. I got a response via the contact hotel section on hotels.com and was advised to go in pedestrian gate and use the automated machine at check in. Sounded easy except on arrival the pedestrian gate was out of order as the pavement was dug up either side of it and the main gate shut. After standing with another family my friend climbed the gate to gain access then the hotels.com reservation code didnt work in the machine it had the incorrect amount of digits. Someone on the help line at the machine through broken english managed to sort it and meanwhile other guests had arrived and opened the main car gate. It was daunting and stressful being stranded outside in the dark in the middle of the night. We were on the verge of looking for an alternative local hotel to book into. Not a great start to our disney holoday and i wouldnt stay again.

Very compact room! Barely space to open cases, but adequate for a short stay and ensuite facilities good enough.

I could see on the confirmation email it states to call property before hand for access code. Not knowing what this meant. I tried to make contact and failed. Hotels.com tried as was made aware that for security reasons access code cant be given until you arrive. I arrived around 3:30pm. Main doors closed. Machine outside of property to check in. Also a button to press for help. Pressed buzzer. They took my details. They then gave me a booking number to check in on machine. I checked in gained my access code and door number. Got into hotel. Room is keycoded (your access number) room is clean and basic. Shower is fantastic. Good pressure. We stayed here for disney. Not even a 10 mins drive away. Easy enough.
