Clean room and comfy.

I highly recommend this Hotel. The staff are outstanding. The location is great. The rooms are large. It’s just a great place.

The staff at this hotel are outstanding. The rooms are great. The location is fabulous. I can’t say enough good things about it. It’s awesome.

1. This hotel is in a dangerous area (all my Uber drivers warned me) 2. Homeless people live/sleep across the street 3. No one spoke English at the hotel 4. Rooms weren’t clean 5. Walls are thin 6. No A/C 7. No hot water

The staff are fabulous. The area is great cause it’s close to everything and the room looks great.

The worst experience first the area is horrible wr walked around and we saw so many homeless addicts it was scary. The room we stayed in was so dirty the walls were dirty the curtains were all stain and dirty. Our bedsheets were washed out it had two tone. We asked to have it changed the front desk told my husband it was bleech. I canceled one of the 2 nights i had booked. Definitely not a good experience. I stayed . DO NOT RECOMMEND

Great value for the money. Clean place, courteous staff. Guests who come here are very lucky. Staff has a logical attitude. Guests should pack a fly swatter in their suitcase for the occasional Roach. I know I did.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is awesome. The staff were wonderful. It is essentially located to walk anywhere in downtown San Jose and then some close to shopping, eating and museums.

Looks clean, but feeling unsafe because of the neighborhood and there was no private parking. We could park on the street but have to get up and move the car by 6 AM to a parking garage 1 or 2 blocks from there. We finally didn't sleep there and left for a different hotel without asking for the payment back (we checked in and stayed in the room for about 10 minutes and decided to leave).
