It's simply paradise on earth. The service, cleanliness, and facilities are impeccable. The only downside is the mattresses, which don't match the quality and comfort of the place's price point. This is something that's easy to fix, and we hope they do so soon. If they fixed this, I would give them 5 stars. A special thanks to the butler at my villa for his excellent service.

This was our very first visit to Thailand, and staying at Iniala Beach House has truly set the bar incredibly high. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless — the warm hospitality, the stunning design, and the serene beachfront setting created an experience that was nothing short of extraordinary. Every detail, from the personalised service to the exquisite dining at Aulis Phuket and my beautifully designed suite, exceeded expectations. The team went above and beyond to make us feel at home while still delivering the kind of luxury and attention to detail that is rarely found, even at the best hotels around the world. Without a doubt, this is one of the finest places I have ever stayed — not only in Thailand, but globally. Iniala Beach House is an unforgettable destination, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

It’s hard to put into words just how special my trip to Iniala Beach House felt. Right from the start, the staff especially the butlers set such a warm and inviting tone with little gestures that made everything effortless. My suite was spacious and beautifully decorated. I woke up each morning to stunning sea views and took full advantage of the private pool and direct beach access. Food was a standout part of my trip. Dinner at Aulis Phuket was a revelation as each course was delicious and perfectly balanced. Anaalā Thailand complemented the experience with its vibrant, casual setting and bold Thai flavors that tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. After an exquisite massage, I noticed how deeply relaxed and recharged I felt, carrying that peaceful vibe with me throughout my stay. From the meals to the massage and the sincere attention from the team, it genuinely felt like a one-of-a-kind retreat. I left feeling refreshed and grateful, already thinking about my next visit.

I loved everything about our stay here!! I stayed with my boyfriend as a special treat to celebrate our anniversary and I couldn't have chosen a better hotel! The staff was extremely kind and helpful and organised a romantic surprise in our suite with rose petals, swans and chocolate, it was beautiful! The dinner at Anaala on the beach was another highlight. The food was delicious and the view of the sun slowly settling down right in front of our table on the private beach was to die for. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Iniala Beach House at the end of a long trip around SE Asia, and I couldn't have chosen a better hotel for this! The property is simply beautiful, the eye to details and level of attention of the staff is incredible. Nothing is too much of an ask and their kindness and friendliness put a smile on my face at every interaction. I stayed in the Boudoir suite and it was beautiful. Big comfortable bed, bathtub and the design is not the typical you would find at normal hotels, perfect for some very nice Instagram pictures ;) The food at Aulis was spectacular and the sunset view from the private beach just in front of the hotel is just to die for. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking absolute relaxation, natural beauty, impeccable service and luxurious design. I hope I will be back soon!
