8:15 pm I received a call from the front desk and I replied we would have been there by 8:45. Upon our arrival at 8:45 we were asked if we wished to have dinner at the hotel. We replied affirmatively and we were told rather abruptly to hurry up because the kitchen was about to close and to go immediately to the restaurant area without even going in our room… the waiter and the rest of the staff were very polite and absolutely amazing was the young Indian lady that was there for breakfast. Unfortunately the lady, probably the owner, that was at the reception was rude beyond words.

Really lovely property, however the staff spoke no English and communication was difficult. The restaurant menu was limited and pricey for the area. I would stay again, just skip the food and enjoy the grounds.

Magical place, we can’t believe we found this hidden gem. Amazing garden and surrounding area. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant was great and the personnel super friendly and accommodating! Great for dogs as well!

Eravamo già stati ospiti qualche anno fa. Nel complesso ha un po' perso in tranquillità. Dovrebbero limitare l'accesso ai bambini in piscina solo a determinate fasce orarie, così da consentire a tutti di godersi la zona piscina in tranquillità. Il regolamento d'accesso alla piscina non è rispettato, in quanto vi erano schiamazzi e tuffi di bambini per ore. Abbiamo dovuto rinunciare a usufruire della zona.

Fantastiskt boende som tar hund. Nära gränsen Italien/Österrike. Fin restaurang och alltid trevlig service.

Viaggio per mercatini di Natale , abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel per solo una notte, hotel in una posizione strategica leggermente fuori Vipiteno , molto pulito e accogliente , personale molto gentile e disponibile, consiglio questo alloggio

Ein schönes Hotel, ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort. Ruhig, wunderbare Lage, sehr servicebetont, super Küche, gute Weine, schöner, grosser Wellnessbereich. Mit vielen Plätzen auf dem großzügigen Hotelgelände die das Abschalten und Erholen leicht machen!

Ottima struttura con eccellente zona benessere. Il personale è molto professionale e gentile. La colazione super.

Semplicemente incantevole.....camere accoglienti e calde, bellissima SPA, personale che ti coccola dal primo istante...

Noisy and pour service at breakfast

Cet hôtel est très bien avec un personnel particulièrement aimable et serviable. De petits plus appréciables, tels que les gâteaux et boissons offerts entre 15h00 et 17h00 et la bouteille d'eau lors de check out. Le moins est le bruit causé par l'autoroute et les trains de marchandises qui passent continuellement, en effet il faisait chaud et nous avons dû laisser la fenêtre ouverte, puisque qu'il n'y a pas d'air conditionné. Cela dit, cela doit être le même cas pour tous les hôtels de la région.

Vi overnattede på vej til Italien og opdagede en lille perle i Sydtirol med en Michelinkok og meget smukke omgivelser. Super venligt personale, meget dejlig mad og en overdådig morgenmadsbuffet med champagne! Også velegnet til familier da der er bondegård, stor legeplads og indendørs pool og stort wellnessområde. Kan klart anbefales til en miniferie eller sommerferie.

Hotel bello e confortevole, ottima posizione ad una decina di minuti da vipiteno, bella la zona piscina ed il resto della spa, bravissime le ragazze del centro estetic., si mangia molto bene

Heel goed hotel, mooi en net

Tutto bene; come comfort della camera un tre perché non è possibile che in hotel a 4 * italiano il water sia ubicato in un piccolissimo stanzino a parte.
