The room was clean, comfortable and spacious for us with 2 queen beds and 1 single bed. The facilities are the same with the description mention on the offer. Friendly staff and very helpful. Location near Higashi Shinjuku Sta, a lot of resto and mini market.

This is an old building hostel. I stayed in second floor and i have to pass minimum light alley to get to my room. its quite far from station shin okubo or higashi shinjuku. But overall the service is quite good.

Clean hotel, but hot water didn't work, place is near to many restaurants and shop, the owner is friendly and speak good English

Cleanliness is good, inside the room is comfortable, not too far from the station and very close to koreantown. (no lighting if going up stairs)

Very bad. The room very small for 3 of us. We paid for 3 guest. The floor is so dirty. No recommended

The owner was very kind. She offered us 1 room for 4 person even though we just book 1 twin and 2 single room. We also can saved our luggage before and after check in for free. They give us free water, we can use microwave and water boiler. You should brought your toiletries yourself. Comfy bed. the room is a bit small.

The staff were very friendly. They helped us much. The place seemed quite clean.

I stayed at Sophiearth with friend, we actually booked their dorm, but somehow they made a mistake, we were upgraded to private room without additional charge!
