Breakfast is not good, hotel TV is old so there is no youtube. Old room. My room price is over 2.5 million.

I got a free upgrade to a higher room category even though it was a holiday, the view overlooking the swimming pool was airy. Breakfast was delicious, fish noodles and banh xeo were ok. The staff were friendly and supportive. I used the spa service and found it quite ok.

The birthday cake prepared for the customer was the most impressive, the bathtub was terrible and not worthy of 5 stars, the room was okay, the amenities in the bedroom were okay. The room had needle and thread, razor, but no cotton swabs...

Room was very nice and clean. The staff is very enthusiastic, the food ordered in the room is fast and delicious. Very surprised to know that there is such a relaxing space on Champa Island.

I am not directly involved in the trip but my mother is claiming about not using mineral water at the hotel but being charged extra, not worth much money but not reasonable.

A place to eat outside the residence where the road is not shaded. Must move in the sun, especially at noon. Room staff less friendly.

I had an pleasant stay here. The room was clean and spacious with a peaceful river view. Food was awesome and staffs here were all helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend my friends and family members to stay here for the upcoming trips.

Beautifully decorated campus, with river view pool. Chinese guests are very crowded. The same campus as the wedding hall, the evening was quite crowded and messy.

Friendly staff (no longer as enthusiastic as before but okay). Comfortable rooms are degraded, dirty because the guests do not keep. Breakfast is ok compared to the buffet.

Recommended for one night stay. Nice swimming pool. Very quite place. Good service, large bed room. Reasonable price.

Staff not very enthusiastic, delicious food

This is a very pretty, modern-feeling resort. I will say that the standout, oddly, was the outstanding room, which was huge, but not overly large, and made excellent use of its space. The rooms were spacious, with a comfortable bed, comfortable reading and desk chairs [a surprise in hotels, far too often], and large balcony with river view in front. I only ate in the restaurant for breakfast, but the space was spacious (a theme in the hotel) and bright with natural light, and the breakfast buffet was huge, with an excellent variety of local and western dishes, fresh fruits, pastries, etc. The hotel, room, and restaurant were all clean, bright, and well-maintained. The staff across the board was warm, friendly, and efficient.

The beach is too far from the accommodation to go by tram but trams only have 2-3 trips per day. In the afternoon, the sun was terrible, but only 2 hours and 3:30 was taken to the sea, 4h came back! No one came to the sea at that hour and only 30p like that? Service available, not mind, do not think for guests. Too bad!!! Will never ever set foot here again. The web needs to specify its own beach but how far away from the beach is not recorded so that guests feel like being cheated! Extremely frustrating!

My family has been upgraded from 4 stars to 5 star rooms for free to experience the service. Nice room, nice view, swimming pool, restaurant and children's play area perfect, breakfast buffet is also delicious. The staff are happy and friendly, support them wholeheartedly. This is the best resort I've ever been.

I have never been to a 4 * resort but as bad as Champa Island. Rooms are too small and old, degraded, toilets are tight and smelly. A shower area in the natural restroom is too dangerous. The sewer immediately put down, making me afraid to stumble. The room was dirty and smelly when I checked in 124. The swimming pool on the picture is very nice and large but actually too small. Small children's pool, children cannot play, adult pool is too deep. Chinese guests are many, employees are only welcoming foreign visitors. And I am pale. Breakfast buffet with few dishes, delicious pho, open eating area so hot. I personally rate Champa only 3 *. And certainly never came back. Price is high compared to the quality of service received. Champa location is inconvenient to travel and the resort area is not private, there are many guests coming in and out of the resort area and it is very noisy because of the microphone and banquet of the opposite restaurant (restaurant belonging to the resort)

It's awesome. I highly recommend it for it's cleanliness and comfortable. The swimming pool is very beautiful and the whole sightseeing is great as well.
