Yes it was still as good as ever I’ve stayed there about 6 times It was decorated for the Christmas season ,I try to get back because its still great

Great owners of the garett hotel,very welcoming, friendly & good knowledge of the area. The hotel was clean & adequate for my stay made guest feel at home would definitely stay on a short break again.

Great 3 night break, extremely comfortable, very quiet, everything I required was there, both hosts were really nice and breakfast, as stated really set me up for the day and was delicious.

Easy check in, great hosts. Room has everything you need for a short break. Full cooked breakfast along with cereals and fruit. Coffee and toast brought on request. Would definitely return if I'm back in Blackpool.

room was spotlessly clean,bathroom adequate,if rather small.very accomodating hosts,very helpful.excellent breakfast.one incident,however,made my mind up to never stay here again though.on my second night of 3 here,a gay male guest(this establishment welcomes both gay and straight guests)tried to(and this is the only way it could be described)sexually assault me at the top of the stairs while i made my way to my room.This incident made me feel quite anxious and a bit angry too to be honest.i did report this to 1 of the owners the next morning.all i can hope is that an attempt to identify the man in question has or was made via thee cctv,and he will not be allowed to stay again.i would say to any straight person wishing to stay here,if you are not okay listening to gay innuendo between owners and guests while trying to eat your breakfast,then this place isn't for you.i had no wish to write such a review,as this hotel is very good,and excellent value for money.But perhaps more could be done to ensure all guests,gay or straight feel happy to stay here.

We arrived about 12pm and was welcomed by Alan, very friendly gave us our key, room was very small and basic, could do with a freshen up, couldn’t get hot water for shower what you would expect for Blackpool, perfect for being near by North train station, breakfast was very good,

We loved our stay. It is close to the front and the tower. The room was small but comfy. The hosts were friendly and the breakfast was delicious with a full English breakfast or a variety of cereals and fruit. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
