It was amazing

Outstanding staff. Has hot water and nice view of mountain from the window. Great Air Conditioning. Very clean with breakfast included but it was limited to scrambled eggs with fruit, watermelon juice, coffee, hot chocolate and bread. Safe area. Masterbed was very comfortable but two twin beds in same room were pretty hard.

It took about 2 hours to find our Expedia reservation. Would not give us the room without it. Implied that I was a victim of a fraudulent site. I called Expedia at my own expense $1 per minute. Expedia after 20 minutes transferred me to VRBO. VRBO could not find anything under Expedia's reservation numbers. At 8am the hotel began removing ceramic tile from the wall outside our room. The noise and dust were horrible. My son's asthma flared up and we had to change hotels.

The rooms were clean, you can smell the cleanliness. AC and WIFI were good. We made an unplanned stop in Cali on our way to Cartagena. We only spent two nights at the hotel. It was decent for our short stay as we only needed a clean room to sleep. The hotel is located on a main street. The staff was friendly.

Worst breakfast ever. Worst bathroom supplies or lack of them.

Wi-Fi is terrible in the rooms. You have to stay in the lobby I'm assuming. Contruction taking place to the right of the hotel if you're facing it. Ask to be moved and they stated no. Hammering/drilling/vibration commence at 8:15 am and goes on throughout the day. I think it stopped somewhere between 5pm and 6pm. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and helpful with towels and cleaning the rooms. My honest opinion!

The staff is nice and the daily breakfast is good I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Cali.

All of the staff was good except for 1 young lady at the front desk that was kind of cold on sunday morning. The house keeping crew was excelente all of them veey friendly and did a great job. The 2 minuses was the pool closing early and charging for guest to visit the room for short periods of time we did not likw that.

I already mentioned about how there was mold in the bathroom that needs to be fixed. The picture on your website shows a complete shower door, which is not the case in most rooms. Most rooms have a tub to climb over to get in with a narrow door. Very outdated. The Wi-Fi in our room, and the additional room that we had, was very weak. Had to spend much of our time in the lobby to get a signal. The location is great. The rooms are clean, and the people that work there worked very hard to satisfy us. The staff was great. They need to update their showers and WiFi. That would make this hotel very decent, especially for the price.

Nice hotel, great location

I decided to go to this hotel because it is located in a very nice area of Cali. However, I was very disappointed about the rooms they have. The room only had one window with hallway view. The bathroom doesn't have any windows and the extractor didn't work properly when using the bathroom. The ac is a very old and outdated equipment, so you cannot set up the right temperature. The beds are very old and very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs on the mattress. They don't even offer coffee in the lobby like all the other hotel in the world. The pool doesn't have a heather so it was very cold to use the pool. The wifi is not strong, I have to use my data the whole time.

I paid $40 my reservation through this website, When I get there they charged me for taxes an extra 50 dollars, that is ridiculous for a place like this, good locations, and staff is friendly, but the room is very small will th $90 bucks your can get a better place.....

It was a good time. Excellent location, access to everything. Nice breakfast buffet. Clean but small bed. Everything else was good.

Old hotel terrible beds an bathrooms although clean if your talller then 4.5 feet you have to yoga position to sit on the toilet. I spend 2 nights when i should have ran from the minute i walked in

I saw a rat in the lobby. My room was on the 3rd floor and had to take my luggage up a spiral staircase for the last floor. There was no soap in the bathroom or any other toiletries. The petson at the front desk was not friendly at all.
