My first time staying at this hotel, and I had a good experience,very close to downtown

I thought I was booking a hotel close to the center of Zacatecas. When I arrived I realized it was in a separate town an $8 cab ride away in an area of no interest. I tried to cancel and was told I could only do so through Expedia. I contacted Expedia who informed me it was up to the hotel. I never stayed there, am fighting the charge with my credit card company and will never use Expedia again. Deceptive advertising hurts your business.

It's a good hotel close to downtown Guadalupe. Room was clean. We had an issue with the shower drain. But they fixed it after reporting it. Small room at a good price.

It is a nice place to stay. Very quiet. The people at the front desk were very helpful. There are no many parking spots.

Hard beds, loud noisy, no AC or fan, had to pay deposit for extra towels and remote control. Extremely hot room, exhaust fumes came in thru balcony door couldn't open it. sun hits hotel front all day so rooms are excessively hot.

Hotel was small, nice & clean, Lobby comfortable, except excessive noise level from outside. Exhaust fumes came in from buses, taxi, & cars. Hotel is located on main street, very busy, & extremely loud always. Its supposed to be Smoke Free however on the first floor first room with 3 beds had 7 men all smoking, with window open to let smoke. As I entered lobby I smelled the cigarette smoke. I informed the front desk about the men smoking inside room and she inform them they couldn't smoke, but they refused to listen. they continued smoking,with window open the smoke could escape. Everyone who passed smelled it. Those men should've been charged a smoking fee for contaminating everyone else's air. Deposit of 100 pesos for TV remote plus for extra towels. they should have charged those men a hefty fee for smoking inside their room!! Better yet, they should have been escorted out since they refused to follow the rules. The beds were rock hard, & uncomfortable. No fan or A/C unit, the sun hit it making room unbearably hot. All sorts of noises, dogs barking,bus,cars taxis honking, etc.it was super noisy. Then to make it worse, at night at 1:00 am 200 taxis paraded outside, honked horns in protest, lasted an hour. 5 am heard train honking. We had prepaid 2 nights, but after horrible night decided not stay again. When we return in March, we wont stay here.No A/C, fan uncomfortable beds, hot rooms and excessive noise.

Todo perfecto, buen hotel, amable el personal

Esta bien limpio y si ay buena atencion pero el agua esta fria y pues ya es tiempo que se usa agua caliente y nunca salio ni en la noche y por la mañana igual fria

La habitacion estaba muy limpia, el personal muy atento pero no arreglaron el problema del agua caliente.

No hay toallas para secarte después del baño

El lugar en ubicación es muy bueno, puedes visitar varios lugares de Zacatecas y Guadalupe. Tiene lo elemental para sentirse cómodos, como baño privado y agua caliente, y televisión para relajarse después de explorar la ciudad y los pueblos mágicos.

Sooo olía feo el baño y le faltó otra parte de cirtina

La entrada principal necesita ser remodelada

Esta bueno para dormir de emergencia pero colchon y sabanas no son de primera.

La ubicación es genial, muy cerca e centro de la ciudad

Esta limpio, accesible, centrico, normal; Lo que no me gusto es hay mucho eco; oyes todo y si ya estas descansando, llega mas huespedes y es incomodo por el ruido que hacen; fuera de esto esta OK.
