Staff are friendly allowed us to check in early during arrival. Foods (breakfast )and free supper are variety and tasty. Location are convinence near to pratunam shopping mall (walking 5-10min)even with free shuttle van(waiting time very fast). Wheel chair accessibility is good inside hotel area

This hotel is in the Pratunam area, comfortable and quiet, although not particularly close to the shopping area. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. The alley is quite dark and smells of garbage. The room and ground floor also smelled of sewage. Overall, it's good.

The staff is very friendly, the traditional clothing photography service is very friendly and good.

The location is very strategic, with buggy access available everywhere you go, making it easy to get to your destination. It's right behind Pratunam Market.

It's conveniently located in an alley, so it's quiet, and buggy cars are available at all times. It's very close to Pratunam and the surrounding malls for snacks and shopping.

It is easy to get out of the hotel area because a buggy car is provided, even though the hotel is in an alley.

We stayed at family room for 3 nights and have a pleasant experience. From welcome drink & snack, hospitality from the staffs (special thanks to Mon!), strategic location, room facilities, buggy car service, all are satisfying. Thank you!

Very comfy hotel stays with cleanliness accommodations. Best hotel staffs in Bangkok in comparison to Chiang Mai hotel we stayed.

The location is quite great, the service and experience are very good for young people, families are also ok, some walking distances are a bit far but basically very good MDTA. The staff (especially the bell boys and buggy car driver) are veryyyyy fast response. The bell boy uniform is very cute. I like it. The amenities are complete. The soap, shampoo, lotion, hand wash smell so good. Closes to big seven eleven. Free photo shoot and thai traditional costume rent but it already full booked so I didn't try it.
