We stayed for 5 nights. We appreciated that the we were given an upgrade. The front desk personnel were very helpful. The downside was that the room's carpet had several stains and we couldn't control the temperature of the room (set at 24C) which made our stay not as comfortable or satisfied.

Typical holiday inn express, very clean, modern, very fast internet, hot water, many restaurants and banks nearby. They’ve building a subway nearby that should be finished in a few years

My stay there was excellent and the condition of the hotel is very good.

The room and bath are clean. 110V wall electric plug so you can charge your electric toothbrush. The elevator is crowd. The drapery is dark and the room is quite so you can have a good sleep. The network is little slow. The breakfast is basic.

Simple but comfort. very clean. Very quiet and you can sleep well. The breakfast is basic and good. The front desk said the lunch is provided( not free), but I was there and could not find a single person. In comparison with the price, it has excellent value. Wifi is little difficult to setup and not very fast.

Nice hotel, but Xi'an is in the process of building a major transit system/subway for the city. The construction noise goes on 24 hours a day with no chance of finding some peace. The other thing is the hotel waited until we arrived to tell us about the construction! We tried to tough it out and use the ear plugs they provided, but it that bad we had to leave. Oh and don't expect any kind of refund.

住宿体验很不错，房间环境可以，细节也做得好，还送了水果酸奶零食，棒棒！下次去西安还是住这家！

가격대비 훌륭 난방 온도 조절이 안되는거하고 냉장고 없는거... 금연인데 사람들이 방에서 담배를 많이 피우는 듯 싶네요. 직원들 친절하고 뤼띠랑 가까워서 아주 좋아요.

출장으로 오기에는 나쁘지 않습니다. 코리아타운이 가깝고 근처에 스타벅스도 있어 중국음식이 안맞는 저같은 경우에는 부담없이 지낼 수 있었습니다

객실은 조용하였으며, 가까운 곳에 음식점 및 편의점들이 있어서 출장 중에 불편을 느끼지 못함. 단, 호텔 직원들이 중국어만 가능하여 다소 불편함.

프론트에 젊은 직원중에 영어를 잘 쓰는 직원이 없었지만 큰 불편은 없었습니다. 전반적인 가성비는 괜찮습니다.

무난합니다. 사진 그대로의 호텔입니다.

櫃台人員親切笑容可掬

Everything clean and New, a bit far from downtown and a bit hard to get taxi cabs to move. We were to visit the Xian warriors and got it well in a family trip. We could also go to the wild goose pagoda and budist temple. Everything went ok in general, breakfast a bit basic but useful. I would recomend this hotel.

周りには銀行、商業施設等沢山あり便利でした。地元でも有名な店もあり、食べ物も美味しかったです。ホテルの朝食も美味しかったですよ。
