Simply all good.

The service was excellent

Great hotel to stay it if you need to be in Malmo or take the short train to Copenhagen. It is barely a 2 min walk up from the Malmo Hyllie train station, and only 15 mins train ride from CPH. Emporia Mall is just across the street as well. Rooms are good size and modern.

The room is very basic. No enough storage places. Also I called for a pillow and they told me that I need to get it myself!

Our room was cold, small, dingy and the mattress (bed) was bad. The decor of the hotel is black - very depressing. The room was not serviced unless so requested.

Excellent location. Close to CPH Airport. (11 min.by train). Minutes walk to Emporia (large indoor shopping mall).

Hotel is a fantastic value. The location can't be beat with it being literally a 1 min walk from the Malmo Hyllie train station and a 2 min walk to the huge Emporia mall. The rooms are well designed and comfortable. The front desk staff are always nice, and the breakfast selection is great.

Extremely pleased with my choice to stay here, I chose it based on location right at the station/arena but even setting location aside I would definitely stay again, excellent staff and the breakfast was absolutely stellar.

Being very closer to malmö arena and the train station was a very good chance

Positives - Breakfast, Lobby area and bar area. Negatives - Lack of staff at check in, even though i did it online and just needed to collect my key, the queue was huge and only one person on the desk. The facility of having to give an email when payikng for juices and the reception was not the easiest, as they were so busy, why cant it just be added to the room? The rooms were shabby

I had a fitness race at the weekend and this hotel was perfectly located. Literally seconds from the station and minutes from the venue. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety and dinner was lovely. If I went back to Malmo I’d have no hesitation booking this again.

Uncomfortable mattresses and very lumpy pillows that are old and need replacing. Coffee machines in bedroom usually don’t work, no tea making facility in room,

We booked a superior room as it included a safe and a coffee machine. Neither were working.
