Kudos to the FD staff (wearing eyeglasses), sorry forgot to get your name though. She was very accommodating and checking in was a hassle free, very fast. The waitress who took the order for breakfast needs a bit of customer service training. She was not so happy when taking the order and serving it. Other restaurant staff who was with her was serving the other guest with a smile. The room was clean but a bit creepy though. You can hear some weird noises which Im not sure where it came from. The hotel is under renovation right now (some rooms) but overall, our stay was great!
