Great room. Conveniently located near Seven Kings station, staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a small room but perfect for what we needed. Would happily stay there again

Car park opposite was a good rate & free overnight. Check in quick & friendly. Not a problem for me but stairs to room really steep so maybe an issue for others. Room clean, plenty of towels, comfy bed. When I spotted earplugs I worried it would be noisy, not at all. I slept with the window open & didn’t stir all night (without earplugs) Train line opposite but only a very slight rumble that’s all. Few minutes walk from Seven Kings station into London. Overall a great stay & would stay again if in the area.

Excellent little room for the price, was very suprised. Only tbh h the water pressure could be stronger but other than that was a good decision !

I got there my room was sold to someone else and a small room was given to me and gotten to my own room the next day the toilet was so dirty after they told me the room as been clean

Very pleased with the services

The place is better for young ones if they have to climb up the floor. But the restaurant serves a great menu and a nice place for solo travellers or younger ones due to the steps.

Pleasant accomodation above a busy pub. We were room 11, probably furthest away from the pub so not disturbed by any noise. All staff meet were friendly.

Room very basic with no surface to put your stuff on tea making tray is on the one bedside cabinet next to your head while in bed! Had to put it on the floor for safety. This room had space for a desk so it should have one the floor was littered with our belongings. The pillows and duvet are old discolored and flat! We bought two pillows! When asked for the three magners in a bucket at the bar we were told they had discontinued that offer but it was on sale the following night. Also residents bar discount was discontinued. beware live music very loud until 2am fri and Sat. No chance of sleeping!

Perfect location and great food

I truly love this place :) it’s always clean and rooms are lovely and it’s very reasonable price wise! Bar underneath is never too noisy and lots of food options
