It's cloudy white, has a decent concentration, and feels wonderfully fresh. The sign indicated disinfection, but I couldn't detect any chlorine smell. There's also a circulation system. If you evaluate it based on the price and the hot springs, it's a fantastic hotel. There was supposed to be a restaurant inside, but it required reservations made the day before, so I couldn't use it!

On the downside, the desk is a little small, the unit bath does not have a washlet, and the room lights are turned on and off with the room key, so it can be a bit tricky to charge the battery when staying for multiple nights or going out, and I'm a bit concerned about the contents of the refrigerator. The large public bath is partially circulated, but there is no chlorine smell and the water is at a good temperature.
