Booked on the app for 500k for 2 nights, then the staff asked for a room that didn't have that price, and ended up having to pay another 500k at the counter.

Old hotel room, bad hygiene, smell of medicine

Reception service and welcoming staff are very enthusiastic but the room is too smelly. Opening the door of the room, the smell of the toilet broke into my nose, I still smelled 😟 in the middle of the night.

The room is clean, but the AC is quite loud at night. All the facilities have been disinfected. I checked in quite late in the evening, but the staff told me to check out at noon the following day, and there 's no exception. I left my charger there and the staff help me claim it back.

Booked a suite room but different from the photos have shown. It doesn’t come with a bathtub and a 2 seater sofa. 8:30am went down for breakfast, not much food left plus the coffee is totally not hot. On the other hand, the staffs were friendly and the WiFi is ok.

rooms are clean, receptionists are enthusiastic, electric appliances are in good use, but standard rooms should have additional fans in case they do not want to use air conditioning. Surcharge overtime is a bit expensive. Very good for 1 night stay.
