What i just like about the hotel is its proximity to taipei main station. The staff actually do not really speak english. Sometimes there are no receptions. The elevator is really old with patches. If you will just be staying in it to sleep there are other hotels/hostels that are more affordable.

Old hotel, does not match the picture with the facts.

Where can you find a budget hostel with this much space? The interiors indeed looked old but it’s tolerable. I appreciate having our own water dispenser in the room with free tea! The bathroom has a size of a room you normally find in Taipei hostels. And it had a bathtub! The location was great as well, just a 10-15 min walk from Taipei Main Station. One bad thing though was WiFi only worked on our first night.
