nice location, nice room design, however the bathroom is small and the towels are too old, should change the towels. The breakfast is monotonous

For me, It's the best decision to book Sapa House Hotel, Halal certified. The room is quite large, cozy, clean, the important there's bidet at the toilet. The manager, the staffs, all of them are very helpful. Miss Chau really recommended us with rent car, booking foot massage, etc. The hotel is near Halal Restaurant, walking about 5 minutes to Sapa Square. Very Moslems friendly. I highly recommended this hotel if you go to Sapa.

Good stay near city center, staff were helping me communicating through phone call because I can't speak Vietnamese.

The room is exactly like the picture, the hotel is small, but very full. The receptionist is super cute. Will definitely come back next time.

Oke rooms but talking on the phone with the receptionist feel somewhat curt. I called to check in because my sister came to check in first "read me the reservation code" and finished reading the phone. Frustrated

The hotel is cozy, clean, happy, enthusiastic staff, good breakfast. Balcony is a bit small.

Remember to check in from 02:00 when the newspaper counter is 14pm! Should clear correction is 02hpm or 14h! I was in Hanoi moving the train to have a child who thought to be checked in but had to wait! If I know how to check in like other hotels is 14h, I have booked 1 day for comfort!

*** Check in 02.00 pm or 14.00 hrs. *** If checking in before 300,000 pickled in the system, it doesn't say am or pm -Television broken before i'm check in.They known but not fix or change. Very good -aff but looks dashing, not like the hotel staff in our country.

The staff are very nice and friendly, the breakfast is good, the room is clean like the picture. Very satisfied, will definitely return to the hotel if going to Sapa!
