Wow wow, wow, This is the place where you should stay in Innsbruck. The rooms are amazing and the views from the rooms are gorgeous. The management all the time makes sure you are comfortable and the Breakfast was completely full of good food. The bus stop at 1 minute from hotel entrance. Amazing Stay!! Thanks

Great room. Great view. Great staff. Good food. Both the restaurant and the breakfast. Affordable too. One of their staff, Steven, especially nice and fun to chat with. If you wanna go to Innsbruck, check this place out. You wont be sorry.

The hotel advertises spa (sauna and indoor pool) but it’s only open from 5pm to 8pm so if you are not there those times you can’t use it which in my opinion is very bad !

Really nice view from the room, location close to old town and great restaurant/bar terrace for the evening. However, the condition of the rooms and the breakfast is not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel, it’s rather 3-star. No air conditioning, watch-out for summers Therefore the nightly price is too high.

Good hotel. We just stayed one night on our way back home. Reasonably close to Innsbruck by car for dinner.

The reason I went to Parkhotel Hall was for the spa area. Unfortunately, it fell victim to Corona regulations and will not reopen before the fall.

Very poor service, even tissue is by count and they don't cooperate at all for late check out even though we booked 2 rooms and they had availability. They offered 1 hr late check out for 90 euros extra which a single room one night charge!! Their bathrooms had many faults and required maintenance.

Park Hotel is FABULOUS!!! Clean rooms, delicious food, winderful drinks and superb views!! But none of that beats the attenrive, professional staff!!

Very Good hotel with perfect view rooms

One night stopover in Innsbruck. Really nice hotel, but a few miles outside city. Good breakfast, friendly staff and really nice rooms.

Hotels appears to be relatively new. They attempted for a modern look but instead I believe they achieved a funny look. Linen didn't seem we'll cleaned. Shower was not well designed. Water all over the floor becauae of a silly door operating feature.

The hotel is modern and new, however, it feels like bit overpriced for the value, toilet doors would not close, room service started to clean next door too early, making a lot of nice and feeling that we need to leave. Parking was great - underground and not expensive. Good breakfast.

Overall for us as a family (2 adults and a 8 year old) this was a disappointing weeks stay. The hotel did not fit our requirements of a part ski and part Innsbruck and surround visit. The hot/cold continental breakfast was ok, but it did not change in any way for our 7 mornings. Car parking on site but 7 euros a day.. Should be free based on cost of room. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Minimum daily housekeeping...just towels and linen changed. No proper room cleaning. TV obviously mostly Austrian channels...but not even one English speaking news channel. The spa facilities advertised...were in effect a sauna and staem room only...no pool or hot tub. And finally......the lift.....often out of action ...when working used regularly by hotel staff services as there was obviously no separate service lift.
