Needed maintenance otherwise good

Although quiet out dated, the property was extremely clean and the staff were unbelievably helpful and efficient. Even without out requesting it our room was ready with amenities for each person in our group.

They have done great renovations and the rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable. The staff are all very nice and friendly. The hot breakfast is a bonus to. I always stay at Cloud 9 when in the area

The is an Asian maybe owned and operated motel. It was very neat to see the different room features. The lady at the front desk was fantastic. The young lady in the breakfast room was just lovely.

Great room! Was pleasantly surprised by the room, especially for the price. Nice and bright and very clean. The staff at the office was very helpful and friendly too. Would stay here again.

Room was good and big enough for family of 6. It was nice and warm and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the included breakfast had something for all of us in the morning. Would recommend.

Room was clean, my husband enjoyed the breakfast. I found the mattresses hard and found the breakfast a 5/10. Overall it was a cheap place to stay and it was clean.

Many rooms have been renovated and are very large, clean and well equipped. Cloud 9 is always my motel of choice when staying in Whitecourt

The rooms look really nice and staff very wonderful but it seemed like some sketchy activity happening at night time so we decided to not stay. It gave us the uneasy feeling when it was just us girls going to stay so we felt uncomfortable. The staff was great to understand our nervous feelings and gave us a refund.
