Very accessible by public transit, great for short term stays. No kitchen so it is more like hotel than a service apartment.

Nice clean comfortable room, good value for money. The lady on reception was very helpful and friendly and the hotel was also nice and quiet.

The staff at Idea was very friendly. The hotelroom was beautiful and very comfortable. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this place to our friends.

Not so bad but

Everything new and spotless, very nice hotel and room, but no soul. Good value. No a/c may be an issue and need to close windows for quiet at night

Nice and clean hotel, but the room wasn’t ready when we checked in at 5:00pm as supposed to be ready at 2:00 pm. We need to to rest as we have been on the road for six hours. Check out time is 10:00 am but why by 5:00 pm the room wasn’t ready and we waited about 15 minutes. Front desk staff was rude and saying we were fully booked last night so delayed on cleaning the room, other that, everything is great and the bed is comfortable

5 years NEW, great helpful friendly Staff Book with breakfast, the best we had on our Europe trip well worth the $ 15 per Day per person only negative NO AC, but really the first time we had a heat wave while in Switzerland 2 min from a major Autobahn 20 min to Zurich 30 to Bern 35 to Basel

Location was very easy to find. Used google location and steps were exact as noted.

Hotel was on great location. Only part I don't like it. When we reached there around 9:40 nobody was there. We checked in with machine. First night I could not sleep feeling scary nobody was there. Next morning I met hotel staff after I was feeling little comfortable. They should have there over night at least one person. Other than that no problem.

This property served our needs to have a place generally near the Zurich airport. It is a 15 minute drive from the hotel to the rental car return. The hotel is a good value - reasonably priced compared to alternatives in the airport area. The room was modern and clean. Breakfast was generous and varied. Options for restaurants are limited if you don't wish to drive out of the neighborhood.
