It was good over all.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels Ive ever stayed at. There are a lot of services/amenities here and its within walking distance of food and shopping in the historic district.

Safe at night (a gate) and very nice room and practical bathroom (seperate showe and toilet)

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Everything was near by the hotel.

hotel is ok, but it's a bit noisy (noise from the street but also from the same hotel). 20 minutes walking to downtown is ok, but the area around is not the nicest.

For the price this hotel is pretty good. Room was very large and pretty clear. They let me check in at 11:30 am and the normal check out isn't until 1pm. I had an issue with my shower and they fixed it right away. The only real negative is the location. It's pretty far from the main attractions. About 15 minutes on foot.

My wife arrived before me & the staff were nice enough to let her into the room before my arrival which was some 6 hours latter. The only downside was that we were in the last room at the end of the building. The way the building was built we could hear pigeons scratching around outside at night.

it was just ok, near zocalo and heart of town. personel helpful and friendly.

Está bien para una noche por si estás de paso, la habitación está sencilla pero para el precio está bien

si es facil estacionarse y hay un oxxo cerca

El cobertor que nos dejaron holia mal, el teléfono de la habitación no funciona, algunos huéspedes traían fiesta en el estacionamiento gritando y demás a lo que el personal nunca les dijo nada, a mi arribo al lugar firme una carta de las reglas del hotel en el cual decía que partir de cierta hora no deberíamos de hacer ruido.

Estaba limpio

La habitación estaba limpia y el restaurante que se encuentra en la terraza muy bonito y con variedad de alimentos.

Súper bien ubicado y excelente su comida

Lo único que no me gustó es que el Baño no tiene ventilación, entonces al bañarte el vapor no tiene por dónde salir a un que tiene extractor pero no es suficientemente y todo el cuarto se vaporisa no una manera exagerada pero si hay presencia de humedad
