service ok if just stay overnight

Worse than bad. I booked a room for 2 nights on traveloka, but when I checked in, they said there were no rooms available. Who told me not to transfer money to hold the room in advance? Wtf? Indifferent attitude towards customers. I arrived at the hotel at almost 12am, exhausted and very late, but they said there were no rooms available in an indifferent manner, they don't care about the guests at all. Do you think you're the boss of the world? Everyone, please avoid this hotel, it's really disgusting!!!

Location right in the heart of District 1 is very convenient

The receptionist was very condescending.

Room not clean, bed sheets old, door old.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center, but there are small cockroaches. The price is relatively okay.

The old room was dirty and dusty. After the staff finished cleaning the room, the floor felt sticky and we had to clean the floor again.

The air conditioner broke down at night, the receptionist had to bring a fan to the room.

Bed is ok, room space is ok, air conditioner and fridge are a bit noisy, poor soundproofing.

Location is convenient.. but it would be better if the room condition and cleanliness were improved. But overall, if compared to the price and location.. it is acceptable.

I booked and paid on 24/02/2025. At 19:40 on 08/03/2025, I went to check in and the receptionist said there were no rooms available and did not give me a solution to the room. The hotel asked to leave the account information so that on 09/03 they could refund the money I had booked? The hotel did not give a suitable solution but only replied that the money had been paid and made me have to find another hotel that night? And the hotel also asked me to reply that when Traveloka called to confirm the information, I would still check in and receive the room normally. I feel very upset about the service attitude and the solution given by the hotel. They work irresponsibly towards customers.

Would not recommend. Great location tho

Advantages: convenient location near tourist attractions, support for early check-in/late check-out (with fee) Disadvantages: no place to park motorbikes, have to park in the surrounding area with parking fee, old room but cheap price so acceptable, the inside door lock of the room is hard to open so it takes quite a while to ask for help to fix it.

The staff so kind and the hotel is good near to everywhere.

The first time was very good, convenient location, clean room, today is the second time here but the experience is too bad, I booked 2 rooms but 1 room was too bad, like a hotel room without any service, even worse than a motel room. Will never come back again even though the hotel location is quite nice and convenient to travel.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff, spacious and airy rooms, the only downside is that the air conditioner is a bit loud and a little hot.

Really disappointed with the hotel service. I have booked this hotel many times before, and I am satisfied with the service and room infrastructure. But recently, when I rebooked, I saw that most of the staff had changed. When I came to check in, they took me to another, more advanced room and requested to charge me an additional fee. We did not agree. At first they told us there was no need for a surcharge, then 1 hour later they told us to go to another room and didn't even apologize. We feel very bothered. This is the last time I booked it.

800k and this is what I got! The owner said to leave it alone, paid and didn't care! The handling attitude was very bad. It's more like hanging a sheep's head to sell dog meat!
