For $60 for a night you can’t complain - clean, hot water and good water pressure and a decent mattress. Older facility, thin walls (I could hear the person next door snoring), some commotion in the parking lot, etc. At check-in there was only one person working and there was a line of people waiting. The process was not very fast and one Canadian couple had problems with their credit card. Several people questioning and complaining about a $100 incidental hold on your credit card. For the money I would stay here again

Stayed here a couple times and havent had any complaints yet. They're updating the rooms and security which is always peace of mind. The kids love the indoor pool.

I stay here every time I travel through Price Utah. The property is priced correctly and the room is very satisfactory.

Pool is amazing. Was presently surprised the room. Had a refrigerator and microwave for the affordable cost.

First time staying passing thru town. Convenient, comfortable and the price is right. I will be back.

We had to get keys for our room remade 3 times. No tv service without using our own services. Pool and hot tub were very clean and warm.

The facility is older but they have recently remodeled the rooms to be very modern and clean! The establishment is also very large so when I was shot down on checking in 1 hour early without even so much as a phone call to the cleaning staff I was very put out. Daytime front desk staff could use some customer satisfaction training.

This is my second stay at The Greenwell. I love it. It is so clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend to family and friends. I definitely will reserve again on my next stay to the area.

This is an older hotel. Pool is bigger than most but with Traveling through town and wanted family to visit they had to have their own room in order to accommodate them to swim. Weve stayed at other hotels where this wasnt an issue. They didnt have cribs.

The restaurant was not that great

The hotel is clean and quiet, bed is firm. TV is Roku so no local channels available.

Way different than my last stay at the Motel 6! This is one awesome hotel!

I’m the lightest sleeper, and I didn’t hear one person. Super quiet, comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly staff. I’d definitely stay there again!
