Friendly staff. Suite was big and nice and clean. Well located in Crema with train station and city centre within 10 minute walk. Continental breakfast selection which was tasty. Bicycle paths everywhere in Crema including straight from the hotel. Bed was large, comforable with a selection of pillows and cushions. Lots of cupboard space for clothing. Really liked my stay here. Recommended A++

Such a great experience, went to visit filming locations for a movie and the staff helped figure out every detail of how to get around.

Our stay here was made so easy and lovely. The AC was excellent on the very hot days we were visiting. The bathroom could use a new shower curtain, but aside from that we would gladly stay again!

The service was fantastic. Staff were so friendly. Booked us bikes and couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was good, facilities good and great location/parking if you arrived by car.

Great location, accessible by walking from train, bike rental is right next door, and great food right across.

We had such a wonderful stay here. Crema is perfectly situated for day trips around the area and filled with hidden gems for eating and exploration. The hotel is just outside the city center and walkable to everything. The staff, especially Rosanna, are incredibly kind and helpful and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Breakfast is convenient with lots of options, and the rooms are all lovely. The courtyard is beautiful too. We can't wait to stay here again!

This hotel is a very convenient location to walk around historic Crema. The parking was very convenient for us as we had rented a car. Their room was very large but they are dated and we were unable to use the shower without water running on the floor. Other than that everything was very comfortable the breakfast selection was amazing and the staff was incredibly gracious.

Good location. Good breakfast. Staff are friendly to happy customers. Toilet stopped working on morning of departure. A chair in the lobby had a leg that folded under when sat on - pretty furniture but old and fragile, even for small people.

Wonderful place to stay! The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast - so much to choose from! Just fabulous! The service was great, everyone was so helpful! WiFi signal was very good. Short walk to the piazza. Would definitely stay there again!!!

This hotel is very nice, very good staff room was a little dated but still very comfortable and clean would recommend it along with the local area very nice indeed.

Nice and quite hotel, located very central and convenient. Staying in the back, outside the main Building, the wifi was not very good - this should be improved.
