The hotel was good overall, the food was terrible, though. Tomato sauce tasted like processed and food options are not good. Don't think I'll go back.

The room looked nothing like it did online, everything was old and not well taken care of. The beds were horrible to sleep and I woke up with a sore back. We will definitely not return to this hotel

Hotel medio bueno si vas al centro de convenciones porque queda caminando pero en general simple y adecuado. Las alfombras del piso 5 necesitan una lavada o de plano ser cambiadas, se notaba muy sucia. Dos veces quise comer en el bar y no tenían disponible la mitad de la carta ni noté intenciones de surtir lo más pronto posible. El desayuno muy mal, los peores y más secos chilaquiles que he comido, debería haber más variedad.

I have been a customer for a long time in several cities in Mexico, this is the first time they left me in the lobby until it was time to check in, but I saw that other people arrived and were given rooms instantly. I understand we had four rooms, but we only needed one to change clothes, with people with disabilities. The rooms were perfect, as always. The lobby needs more attention at midday

I had a suite that was pretty close to perfection.

Fuimos ahí por una noche para mi ceremonia de graduación. Las únicas dos quejas que tuvimos fueron que faltan algunas amenidades en el cuarto como plancha o secadora de cabello, aunque el staff fue muy amable al orientarnos y darnos opciones de a dónde podíamos ir. He estado en varias cadenas de este tipo de hoteles antes, y siendo esta la primera vez que probé el Hilton debo decir que quedé fascinado. Otra área de oportunidad puede ser mejorar el sazón del desayuno para algunos platillos o el café, pero fuera de eso estuvo delicioso y tuvimos una experiencia buena.

Great parking and quite place, friendly service

The water in the Shower was "Cold" , called frint desk, they sent a guy and the water only got warm Do NOT expect a Hot Shower. Hallways are dirty and need vacuuming Breakfast scramble eggs were cold and spicy Also there is no Pool Safe was broken Terrible experience. I asked to change my room, I was ignored. Do not recommend this hotel

The property was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was average. Staff was helpful and professional. The hotel was nearly full at the time of booking, possibly due to a local tournament or event. It was quiet most of the time, and I was able to get work done without interruptions.

We had no water for about one hour And mattress was old and worn out And the electricity out couple time The breakfast horrible same kind food every morning no fried eggs it was real Yucatán breakfast nothing deseable for international travel
