This hotel was clean, quiet and as a solo traveler I felt safe. It’s far from beach/ downtowns but El Merkado has great food and is right there. Rooftop pool was nice

Nice place with an excelent hospital next door.

We stayed here for a week during kids spring break visiting Cabo. This was equidistant from Cabo and San Jose so we could visit both sides. Room was clean with 2 queen beds. Decent size bathroom, included refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee maker.. pool was nice although the water in hot tub wasn’t hot.. breakfast was really good with lot of options.

I love staying at this property. It is peaceful, staff are exceptional and the breakfast is excellent. I have stayed here 3 times and would go back any time I am in Cabo.

Very nice hotel, my only complaint is that the hot tub did not work most days that we stayed. As well they turn it off early in the evening if it is working so you are not able to use it after 6pm. Other than that it was a great place to stay!

Has the potential to be better. We had difficulty finding the entrance, really did not get good information on where to park. The room was very spacious and had comfortable beds however our view was obstructed by an other part of the hotel. The hot water was not hot. The 5th floor pool and hot tub (not hot) and bar and views were beautiful. The restaurant complex next door were fantastic.

Challenging to find from the highway

Extra charges were not disclosed till day of checkout Beach tax even though there is no beach at this property And the amount of tax varies????? Pillow top on mattress was worn and overhung on bed Free shuttle to and from airport was not available

Here’s the deal. I do not appreciate being lied to. When we asked for something basic like a water or something as simple as a plastic bag to put our dirty clothes in they were told “we’re out”. The transportation from the airport to the hotel is also inaccurate. The room itself is kind of clean and the drain in the shower didn’t work as well.
