Spacious room and comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great, with a very varied selection.

The property is huge. The room is very spacious and clean, thought the furniture is a little antique, the staff were courteous and efficient, though they speak only Japanese but they try to converse with you in English. There is a big outdoor carpark. The breakfast was excellent , large variety, well presented, healthy options available, remember to return your used cutlery and tray to the nearest rack after your meal. There is not much to do in the hotel except for onsen and table tennis. The forest surrounding the hotel provides a breathtaking view. Have to venture out, there is plenty to explore.

We are glad that we requested ocean view room !! The reeption was super spacious and the massage chair was a hidden gem.

Nice Onsen, rooms ok. Everything a bit dated. Carpets should be replaced ASAP before they come to life, gross. Free drinks in the evening on top floor was a nice touch, everyone was so happy in that room

Lovely location with wonderful views. Enormous room. Very comfortable bed.

A beautiful setting with a reasonable tarrif in the summer season. Good amenities with a great outlook. Happy hour on the top floor lounge is a great bonus.

They were very nice, and I was delighted with their services. Plus, their Onsen was perfect. I’d like to visit here again!

Great hot springs and clean and spacious room. Could use a shuttle service to nearby restaurants and tourist spots.

엄청 큰 건물과 고급스런 로비에 어울리지 않게 폭삭 낡은 방과 가구 컨디션. 대욕장도 수질이 별반 좋다는 느낌은 들지 않음. 냉장고에 웰컴 생수 한병도 없이 복도 정수기에서 물 떠다 마셔야 하는 시스템과 로비에만 있는 전자레인지(이거 뭐 얼마나 한다고....) 특히 조식은 가격에 비해 종류가 엄청 화려해서 놀랐다가 모든 음식마다 맛없어서 깜놀.... 12층 라운지는 마실거리도 별로 많지 않은데 완전 시장바닥.... 큰 기대를 안고 갔지만 무료숙박권 생기지 않는 이상 다시 가진 않을듯.

ホテルを選ぶ基準の中に広さもポイントの一つと考えていて、スーツケースが広げられない部屋は避けるようにしています。その点に関しては良かったのですが、ユニットバスが古くてカビも見られ、匂いも気になりました。 また、施設全体が古い為か？室内の空調か？電気設備か？音も気になりました。 駐車場は広くて十分でしたし、朝夕食も種類が豊富で良かったのですが😊 脱衣、浴場も広々として良かったのですが、ドライヤーを使う場所はきっと髪の毛が沢山落ちているだろうに床が濃いグレーで見えにくくなっていて清掃も頻繁ではなかったような？ クイックルとかコロコロなどが誰でも使えるように設置してあると嬉しいです。ゴミ箱も一つだったと思います。足りません。

ご飯が美味しい！２週間前にも伺いましたが、食事の内容が少し変わっているところもあっていつ行っても楽しめます。 温泉が、以前より塩素臭く、ツーンとしたにおいがするようになりとても気になります。

とても綺麗なホテルでした　かなり高台にあるので静かでのんびりでき、大浴場は広くとても良かったです。

スパがすごく良かったです。

Onze kamer was ruim, schoon en had prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Het restaurant met diner buffet was voortreffelijk, maar was niet goedkoop naar Japanse maatstaven maar het geld zeker waard. De spa was heerlijk en schoon. Mannen en vrouwen zijn wel in aparte gedeeltes. Al met al een aanrader om te verblijven.

とても快適に過ごしました。 環境もよく、ホテルの中も清潔でした。 お部屋も、予約の部屋より、グレードアップしていただき感謝します。 一点、サービスなので文句は言えませんが、 コーヒーが美味しくなかったのが残念でした。 とても有意義な旅行になりました。 ありがとうございました 家族みんな大満足でした。
