At checkin they made me pay 20 % on top of what I had paid to Hotel.com You did not inform that there would be an additional chargend on top. The stay was sold to me as it was the final price. I would like to have your comment please.

Nice hotel not much around in the area

Excellent hotel with friendly people and great ubication.

The mattress or sheets smelled like urine. Upon arrival there was no shampoo, facial tissue or soap and it wasn’t restocked during a three night stay. The towels and duvet cover were stained. They are extremely adamant about checking the mini bar inventory days before your checkout even if you tell them it’s not necessary. They came back multiple times on the same day. This was my third or fourth stay at this hotel and may be my last because it seems to have gotten worse. In general the hotel is well located and comfortable but this stay wasn’t great. Across all my stays breakfast is consistently average with no variety and average service. Oftentimes there are 5+ empty tables and they’re all dirty.

Parking is far and you need to walk a considerable distance. The hotel overall is good but when I was checking in they ask for multiples fees that were not clear when booking in the Expedia app I ended paying a lot more than planned. Very frustrating experience

GHL Monteria is a wonderful example of a well run 21st century hotel - efficient and friendly staff, excellent food - both dinner and the breakfast buffet were superb and well designed room with great shower.

The room I fist got the a/c did not work and the shower head had black mold and the shower walls had some black mold where the grout lines are I feel the shower could have been cleaned better and the pillows had a few large yellow spots on at least one pillow but you had to remove pillow out of pillow case to see the spots the hotel did change rooms for another cleaner and working a/c :)
