Staff is good

When we went to check in the room they gave was never cleaned; however we were provided a new room. My assumption is that housekeeping just missed it. When we went to our new room it was fine however the shampoo bottles and conditioner bottles where previously used with hardly anything in it. There was only one towel for me and my husband. When we went to bed the sheets underneath were not clean. We end up leaving checking out at about 1am in the morning and went home. So much for a staycation with my husband.

Parking is inadequate for the number of guests. People parking in undefined areas.

Air conditioner Was not working

Friendly staff super comfy bed. House keeping missed someone’s old dirty tooth brush. And in the morning there was almost like a burning sulfur smell

Clean rooms

Very comfortable King size bed! Clean room and bathroom! Nice shower! Wish there was bottled water and creamer( instead of powered creamer) And the air conditioner unit was very loud otherwise a nice stay!

Asked staff to give us wake up call . The call had never come . Luckily we also set our alarm otherwise we will miss our early flight . Beside wake up call , staff were friendly and very helpful.

Clean, quiet room. Friendly polite staff.

All the front desk staff were excellent. I stayed with my dog, and our room was clean and quiet. Had dinner one night from the restaurant and it was good, and so convenient. Would stay here again if in the area.

Was the breakfast poor, simple, potate with curry flavors
