It was already 8pm when I got there. I had to find the hotel very hard. When I got there I met a guy who tried to trick us and took us to a hotel a few hundred meters away. Just because we have the same language, even though I put the booking on the app, luckily we met the other good hotel owner and they told us to go back to the old hotel. Because you booked on the app. and we realized we were cheated, he took us to another hotel to get broker money even though he was working for the hotel we booked on the app. Indeed a liar. And when we went back to the hotel and met the owner. Funny that the hotel owner said he doesn't work on the app but only works with Agoda and Booking apps. I have shown the image I have placed on the app app and have paid. The hotel owner said he did not receive any email about this app. And after a while I was determined and when I said I would go back to Vietnam and text the app. Then he said he found our booking. We were very tired and took nearly 3 hours even though I had pre-booked on the app and paid in full. I think the app should work at the hotel again, otherwise it will lose more and more credibility compared to the rest of the apps
