como siempre, cada vez que voy Aguascalientes me hospedo aqui y de vdd siempre salgo complacido con el servicio, la habitacion.. por favor solo un poco de atencion a las almohadas. pero lo demas al 100

Buen servicio

Our room's A/C did not work upon arrival and they didn't want to give us another room instead they wanted to provide us with a fan until fixed (90° F weather). I had to argue to get them to move us finally. The rest room was dirty. The cleaning staff were friendly and the breakfast was good (the only two good things). They need a deep cleaning of the facilities.

Hot water was unavailable during my stay. When checking out I let the front desk guy know about this, and I really didn't feel that he cared, not even an apology for the inconvenience.

Está muy sola la calle aunque está cerca de unA avenida, al entrar vimos una mega rata en el jardín, los colchones y sábanas muy usados ya y no daban ganas de quedarse ahí - mejor nos fuimos a otro lugar - la de recepción si muy amable

Near to downtown

If you like to relax in your hotel this is it, has areas to enjoy the light day and drink a cup coffee, with beautiful view and smell of fruit guavas trees, antique decorations, beautiful floors , porch places with the same view, workout gym , play pool table, delicious real home made breakfast , included in the hotel prices, and the hotel prices are affordable. Staff is friendly enthusiastic,air conditioning is good . I really enjoy my week 8 days and 7 nights.

A homeless looking man came in off the street and laid down on the sofa for an entire day and nighit.he wore blue hospital booties on his feet and laid there on the sofa.Even though I complained., no one corrected the issue of him laying in the reception area on the sofa.

exellent service and facilities

The building is old but quaint. The yard is beautiful, with lots of plants and benches. But is unkept. The bed was lumpy and hard. The am staff woman was not prepared to assist me with various matters. Restaurant was not available beyond breakfast, ending at 9:30 am. The waitress was diligent and provided a lot of support while I was waiting for my Uber. It was enjoyable

That place is a clear case of what happens when the owners do not do any maintenance repairs or work, that building must have been beautiful a few years ago.. now it's a horrible place, I hope I'LL never stay at that nightmare of a place.

El hotel muy viejo y deteriorado con muy poca capacidad en el Estacionamiento

Hacía mucho frío y no había cobijas, nos consiguieron la primera noche dos colchas más, la segunda noche ya teníamos cobijas Los controles de la TV y el aire acondicionado no tenían pila por lo que no sirvieron tampoco la primera noche, hasta la segunda nos consiguieron unos que sirvieran, los empleados muy atentos tratando de resolver pero hacen lo que pueden con lo que hay
