Great service and very helpful employees

I didn't like the toilet wouldn't flush tissue down room #104 😕

Honestly, I don't have anything that I don't like about this hotel. I love everything about it from the location to the cleanliness to the breakfast served in the morning.

Great service and they had breakfast as advertised

Black mold all over the bathroom including the ceiling and the edge of bath tub. AC made weird sound all day and night.

Hotel very dirty and mold in bathrooms toilet lids are falling of carpet smells hotel floods and breakfast is biscuits and cereal my belongs got wet in rhe flood and they moved me too a upstairs dungeon because they didn't have any thing else and refuse to refund me

Mildew is so bad in the bathtroom Disgusting

Just barely meets the basic needs of an overnight stay. A TV, bed, shower, sink, & toilet that didn’t seem to work very well the next morning.

Desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful.

They had bed bug. I was really upset. They offered to give me another room but I declined and the next morning they issued a full refund

Mold in bathroom around tube.

Nice and clean inside and out, very courteous staff. We forgot one of our suitcases and they call us to let us know about it. Thank goodness we were still in town.

Mold in the bathroom tub

This was a very bad experience. I was bitten all over by bed bugs and the staff didn’t even care. They moved me to a room right next to the room I was in and told me that someone else had complained about being bitten also in the room next to these. I finally got them to move me on the other side of the place. I didn’t have a vehicle and asked if they could find me some medicine for the bites and they didn’t even try to find anything. I ended up having to stay another night and went to a different hotel and had to find a ride to it. This has been the worse experience I have ever had
